    SHINKI GLOBAL signs an exclusive export contract with a Korean manufacturer.
  • 02.
    SHINKI GLOBAL exports products under the name of the Korean manufacturer, and the overseas importer sends the payment or opens an L/C to the Korean manufacturer.
  • 03.
    SHINKI GLOBAL acts as a sales team to develop overseas markets.
  • 04.
    SHINKI GLOBAL After the overseas importer sends the payment or opens the L/C to the Korean manufacturer's bank, and the Korean manufacturer confirms that there are no defects in the product, the Korean manufacturer sends the agreed commission to SHINKI GLOBAL within 3 days.

    The commission between SHINKI GLOBAL and the Korean manufacturers is generally set at 10% of the export price. However, it may vary depending on the situation of the Korean product and the manufacturer.

    SHINKI GLOBAL shares the commission rate agreement with the Korean manufacturer via email to the overseas agent.
  • 07.
    SHINKI GLOBAL shares the bank details of the commission payments received from the Korean manufacturers with the overseas agent via email.
  • 08.
    After receiving the export payment from the Korean manufacturer, SHINKI GLOBAL sends the mutually agreed-upon commission to the overseas agent within 3 days.
  • 09.
    If there are any issues when sending the commission to the overseas agent? We should check this individually before remitting the commission.
  • 10.
    SHINKI GLOBAL sends 50% of the commission obtained from the manufacturer to the overseas agent within 3 days.
